Who I am

I am originated from West Flanders and was raised both in French & Dutch in a wonderful family. Today, I am proficient in four languages, a mother of two children and, together, we form an amazing #TopTeam.

Following 15 years of experience in the corporate world as digital project manager, team lead, transformation lead and HR coach, I embarked on the quest to generate more significant impact. Positive impact on individuals and corporate culture, with the hope of triggering a cascading effect on our society.

My motivation stems from the desire to inspire people, assist teams and organizations in structuring themselves to fulfill their missions, and above all, cultivate a virtuous work environment based on security and authenticity.

In a world that is constantly evolving, engaged employees, servant leadership and high-performing teams serve as pivotal elements of success.

I believe that people can accomplish the most amazing things provided they are in harmony with their values and talents and that they are granted the time, space and trust to do it their way.
